Today’s Dagmawi Babi's Meetup was honestly unreal 🤯🔥
I got to meet so many Telegram creators and had deep meaningful convos with them .everyone was super inspiring fr.
No exaggeration… this was the best dev meetup I’ve ever attended.
The speakers? top tier.
The programs? well organized and actually engaging.
Even the flow and order of sessions? perfectly delivered.
But the real highlight was the networking session insanely productive and full of amazing people.
I genuinely feel like I experienced a once in a decade kind of meetup.
So many incredible minds in one place, so much positive energy, so many new connections.
I’m beyond grateful I got the chance to be part of this. Big Thanks to dagmawi babi and the organizers.

After reading some docs & watching tutorials to get the fundamentals, I realized the real learning starts with projects.
Not random ones , but ideas that actually solve real problems.
Lowkey the hardest part is coming up with a good idea, planning it and designing the UI.
So now I’m doing it the slow but smart way:
thinking offline, planning deep, then building.

letting your phone hit 1% before charging because plugging in at 20% feels like weakness.😭
When it hits 1% your adrenaline activates. you can even climb mountains and teleport to a charger 😭
7. Notification Exorcist
swiping away every pop up instantly. Inorder to get satisfaction ....or to avoid ur headache...
8. Telegram Purist
deleting every “ አሰለፈች joined telegram” message like it’s toxic waste.
9. Emoji Balancer 😂😭
if you drop one 😂, you MUST balance it with 😭.or the emoji gods get mad.
10. Tab Exorcist
closing every browser tab immediately after using it.
Lingering tabs feels u like a bad luck.

Don’t be mediocre.

Whatever you do, do it to the fullest. Don’t show up halfway and don’t settle for “good enough” just because it feels safe. Mediocrity is quiet, comfortable, and easy, it lets you blend in and avoid risk, but it never builds anything worth remembering.

If you’re going to try, commit even when it’s uncomfortable. If you’re going to create, care deeply even when no one is watching. And if you’re going to fail, fail knowing you gave everything you had and didn’t hold back out of fear. Go all in or stop doing it at all, because real growth only happens when you choose effort over comfort and give your whole self to what you believe in.
