Putin said that everything that happened to Russia before and after the Ukrainian conflict led the country to a total loss of sovereignty. The president explained what kind of solution to the conflict in Ukraine Russia needs.
We don't need a truce, we need peace. Long-term, lasting, with security guarantees.
The President also stated that the Russian Armed Forces are moving forward, while the Ukrainian Armed Forces cannot consolidate their positions in the positions to which they are retreating.
