Another example to show how shitty shop services are: as you know, and we already told you that too, we got banned on our url short paid service for abuse without any sense and without respect the contract, just because they have issues with their servers. We will write all that soon in an article.
We already started to replace links and take action against this fraud service (still on course), and obviously we reviewed and reported that to the store too. Without getting in details, we could just tell you that the store never published our reviews on their store. So they publish just what for them is ok; is not the first time we see such shit, so DON'T TRUST visible reviews. They considered ok the second complain for an account that still works (we opened that after the ban to check some things) and they wrote bullshit for the original account, telling that the account doesn't respect the rules even if they NEVER got an answer from devs (because we get a copy of all messages). The second review was made because they refused and ignored the main review, but at the end no review is displayed at all. Dev never answered to the store request for justification too. Because the first order was made few years ago they just wrote bullshit to quickly fix the case. The refund was never our main goal at all (because the damage is more than just that). We will share full details soon.
PS: both reviews are identical, so it make no sense at all to approve one complain (without publish the review) and ignoring the other. The second approved complain can be considered as "fake review" since such account still works and what we wrote is related to the other account.
