Draghi government is the only one in the world to have caged an entire Republic, transforming it into a system that has turned every house into a customs house, every office into a border, every school into a check point, every classroom into a frontier, every square into a police headquarters, every workers’ canteen into segregation. Draghi and his other prophets of fear have justified the widest and unprecedented limitations throughout the western world, affecting personal freedoms, work, school, university, traveling. No other country would dream of asking healthy people what the Draghi government asks – indeed, imposes. No government foments fear to make people forget the billionaire gifts that, in the meantime, Draghi's technocrats are giving to the oligarchs who devour highways and banks. No European government wanted to venture as much as the Italian government does, and no one has handled things worse: all the other countries boast substantially fewer infections and deaths. Probably because they treat people as citizens, not as subjects. On the contrary, Draghi government wants a passive people who agree to enjoy freedom in installments, without ever questioning this interminable state of emergency, although it is already over elsewhere. He wants to educate a generation of young people to be ready for third and fourth vaccine doses in exchange for crumbs of freedom. All of this is being talked about with such lightness that it gives shivers: without any principle of prudence. All over Europe swabs are almost free and can be found on every street corner. At the same time, people are not harassed on a daily basis. For these reasons, the choice to get vaccinated takes place in respect for human dignity. On the contrary, here in Italy, the price of swabs is a paradise for health speculators, beyond any economic or scientific justification. It is a political blackmail by extortionists and subversives – a particularly hateful blackmail towards the poor. From time to time, Italy wants to experience the originality of new authoritarian measures, with the approval of mainstream media fascinated by authoritarian drifts, preventing the people from knowing the freedoms enjoyed by other countries. And eventually, it experiences the same old catastrophes.
