They generated a huge world of 99,999,984 blocks in which they randomly hid rewards. Inside can be Bitcoin, USDT (up to $200 per block), TON (up to 50 TON per block) or legendary nothing.

😈 TON Foundation division: which side are you on?

The TON Foundation has finally listened to my recommendations and made the right move. I have often mentioned in my podcasts that in the current structure of the foundation's work you can't go far: the organization tries to cover several regions, adjusting to everyone, which turns the activity into chaos. The situation is similar to the famous fable "swan, crayfish and pike": something is being done, but the ecosystem stands still.

And so, finally, there was a separation, we have two TON Foundations - the Swiss and the Abu Dhabi TON Foundation.

The Abu Dhabi TON DLT Foundation is headed by Victor Ammer. If you search for information about him, you can find out that he worked at Telegram for 7 years (perhaps for that time a verification checkmark appeared on his channel), and then created his own product - Ammer Wallet.

And this is where it gets particularly interesting. The scandal with me involving 833 TON (in Rus), drug addiction and watermelons was precisely because of Ammer Wallet. Clearly it was a setup, but the coincidence makes you wonder. 🤔

If we compare the news about the creation of a new organization with the information that Telegram did not renew the agreement with native wallet integration, we can assume that the Swiss TON Foundation will continue to support @wallet and Abu Dhabi will take care of promoting Ammer Wallet.

It looks like we're in for some competition, which will probably help the ecosystem evolve. This is a chance to finally break the monopoly that has developed in TON.

Now, when criticizing the TON Foundation, we will have to specify which foundation we are talking about. Or will the new foundation work in such a way that there will be no need to criticize it?

I recently had a conversation with one of the major investors in the TON ecosystem (not Meta), and this conversation made me think: the attention of communities is centered around various tokens, and everyone is trying to pull the "blanket" on themselves. Mempad tokens are neglected, and flips often happen at random.

So the idea to unite large and active TON communities in one place and give them the opportunity to mine a single token through the mechanics of battles was born. As part of hypothesis testing, which I cover in detail on the Life B channel (in Russia), it was decided to modernize the KINGY GM BOT and run battles on that platform.

Now daily battles take place there and WP (Well Played) tokens are mined according to certain rules.

The mechanics of mining is as transparent as possible and partially resembles the model of Tether's work with USDT: they accept dollars, increase token issuance, and this issuance is secured by deposited dollars. In our case, everything works on a similar principle, but with more exciting mechanics, elaborate math and future surprises. The main goal is to increase the value of the tokens, increase their turnover and take them out of the market 🏆

It is important to realize that tokens received in battles will not go on sale and you will not be left in a minus. If you send any of the five tokens, you will 100% get back the same equivalent in WP tokens (which as I wrote above is backed by other tokens), but if you are smart, carefully monitor the dynamics and participate in the game intelligently, you can get up to +50% more WP tokens per cycle (and with a referral even +10%). TON's potential entry into the US market is no longer something to get excited about. First, Fragment introduces KYC for almost all transactions, including withdrawal of stars for monetization of Telegram channel. Then the TON Foundation "wakes up" and starts requiring full name, passport and residence for boosts, which were provided in the summer, during the first seasons of the open league. Surprisingly, KYC is not yet required for every airdrop within the league.

Where has this been seen? Maybe Hyperliquid (HYPE) giving away millions of dollars in drops is asking for contact information too?

Some projects were surprised, because they don't even have a funder, some started to demand signing NDAs to ensure that the data doesn't get to third parties. Others simply refused to provide the data. I asked for the text of the agreement to read it before signing, but I never received it. I had to hand over the data to at least get the text. Now waiting, apparently now next year they will send it 😄

Spoiler: I've glimpsed a document from another project, and there are several points where the TON Foundation can request a report on where the funds were spent. Also, the document states that it can't be signed by a Russian resident due to EU sanctions, and we have almost all projects from Russia. In addition, there is a clause that all development created within the league can be used by TON Foundation to promote the TON blockchain. 😳 Also, the document mentions a clause about not disclosing the terms of the agreement without TON Foundation's consent. Therefore, this post is going out before I received the agreement. If I haven't received it yet, then I don't know the terms, and if I don't know the terms, I can't violate them.
I also wonder what date the agreement will be signed. Wouldn't it happen that because of the cruel posts about the open league, I would then be charged with a violation and asked to return all the funds given out? 😳

The funny thing is that everything is going the classic way. TON Foundation is silent for half a year and then suddenly sends demands: "send your data, you have 1 day". Half a year we waited - and now it's urgent in 24 hours. 😁

Waiting for TON to start demanding KYC and Face ID to start memes and confirm the transaction. And if you don't provide the data, they will block USDT (yes, they have that option) or freeze your wallet for 5 years (they can do that too, we've already been through it).

Even though you laughed in the comments under the previous post, I still set a timer every 12 hours not to miss a push 🎁 Thanks to the referral program, I was able to buy a few more mods. Now each push brings me almost 2 TON, which is quite nice.

If you follow the reinvestment strategy and fluff steadily, without skipping, the project is maximally profitable. At the same time actions for this need to do the minimum:

The Swap Coffee team is conquering a TON

First, they released an aggregator that, with its maximally efficient routes, actually pushed TON Diamonds DEX out of the market. And now the team is actively developing a steaking platform that seems to be ready to displace market leaders like Tonstakers and JVault. For example, recently $XROCK has already joined the side of swap.coffee, and there are several more interesting projects ahead, by the looks of it.

The guys didn't stop there. They realized that increasing the number of DEX platforms in the TON ecosystem was critical to the success of their DEX aggregator. And here, judging by their documentation, their cunning (and very clever) plan came into play: to create their own DEX with smart contracts optimized for the aggregator. However, there's an important difference - all the code will be made publicly available.

This strategy will allow any team on TON to launch their own DEX, which will multiply the number of products in the ecosystem. As a result, the aggregator will be able to build even more profitable routes, ensuring a high level of efficiency for all participants.

In addition to technology initiatives, swap.coffee is also actively developing the media sphere. They have launched podcasts on YouTube, where they invite famous personalities from the TON ecosystem. And probably in the future we will see guests from other networks as well, which will only expand their audience and strengthen their position in the market.

It's also worth emphasizing that all the products created by the team in just six months are linked to the $CES token, through which revenue is distributed among the steaking participants. Even the team itself is obliged to participate in the steaking, which eliminates the pressure on the market. The revenue, by the way, is paid in USDT, not in their own token as many do.

All in all, huge kudos to the team! They are doing really important work for the whole ecosystem. Keep an eye on their continued success!

🌐 The face of the ecosystem is stuck in 2022

Spent a couple hours on ton.org the other day and was unpleasantly surprised by its state, as shared in a private channel. Some sections haven't been updated in over two years, some texts are perplexing, and new pages appear on top of old errors that remain uncorrected.

It's funny that page updates can be easily tracked by mentioning the number of Telegram users: 700 million, 800 million, 900 million. These figures clearly show in what period this or that information was updated.

It's a shame about the main site of the ecosystem. Let's say I'm a new blockchain user who came to learn about prospects, buy TON and get support information. Logically, the first thing I would do would be to refer to the roadmap. However, as I mentioned earlier in the channel, it hasn't been updated in a year. The last update was timed to coincide with the first The Gateway, and since then the second one has passed, but the points remain the same.

Well, the user is not disappointed, deciding that the promised "soon" is not critical, and goes to find out how to get a grant in TON. He opens the grants page, and there - the last report is dated May 2024. As a result, he gets the impression that all grant programs are over and there is no hope for support. Unfortunately, this is the case: after Durov's arrest, there were no transactions from the grant wallet, and the TON Foundation began to sponsor only mempads and hackathons.

The only thing of pride is the section for developers. TON Documentation for newbies is in perfect condition, as far as I'm concerned. 🤝 But otherwise, the main ecosystem site certainly needs a complete overhaul and update.

TON Huyandia is a decentralized country run by degens.

Once again I'm convinced: the TON community can only focus on one thing at a time. The 7th season of the Open League started, and everyone instantly forgot about TON Memelandia. And there, by the way, it's a meme.

It's been almost a month of scandals. Projects that came in hoping for fun and victory, leave disappointed, with gray hair and losses.

Developers have been making the leaderboard for a month (and still haven't done it), constantly changing the conditions, and recently they extended the deadlines and revised the prizes. Everything is like in the Open League: the main thing is for projects to spend more money and gain more activity and volume in the blockchain.

The rules are still being followed through the roof. Half of the projects do not meet the conditions of the league, but no one cares - everyone is busy with the league. Then the organizers will divide $1.25M between their projects and report that Memelandia is a top-notch event with "excellent results". And the fact that Solana network creates more meme-coins in a day than TON has active wallets in a day, nobody cares.

How TON Foundation chose such degenerates for memlandia remains a mystery. Apparently, just like earlier, it chose a team of Hindus with a mint of tickets to The Gateway. But as they say, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
