🇧🇷❌⁉️⚖️🚫 — Some netizens on the social media platform 𝕏 (formerly Twitter) in Brazil reported having access to their accounts, despite the Supreme Federal Court's (STF) decision to suspend the platform in the country for non-compliance with judicial rulings.
❗️A Supreme Court source told Reuters, however, that the social media blockade remains in effect and that the STF is investigating reports of user access to 𝕏.
💬 “Apparently, it’s just an instability in the blockade of some networks,” the source said. 𝕏 did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
⚠️ The National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel), responsible for ordering operators to enforce the decision to suspend 𝕏, has also not responded so far. However, officials suspect that the social media platform may be using methods to circumvent the ban in the country.
