▪️Ivanovo and Kostroma paratroopers stormed a stronghold of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Chasov Yar area.
▪️Airborne reconnaissance officers uncovered the defense system and fire weapons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Having demoralized the enemy with precise artillery strikes, the fighters advanced to the BMD-2 and BTR-MDM "Rakushka". Having dismounted, the “winged infantry” went to storm the enemy stronghold. They were accompanied from the air by UAV operators. The occupied positions were transferred to consolidation units.

💢 Denmark vs the USA - Danish MP Carsten Hjønge has suggested that Denmark turn to Russia for help in defending Greenland from possible aggressive actions by the United States.

"In a situation of extreme escalation and tension, we are forced to take extreme measures and ask for help from Russia. I am confident that our request will be heard, because Russia will not allow Greenland to become part of the United States," Hjønge wrote.

Recall that recently, Ukrainian President Zelensky stated that Kiev would oppose the US's moves to annex Greenland, which in his view is a sovereign part of Denmark and a NATO country.

At the same time, the US already maintains a sizable military presence on the North American island of Greenland, the Pituffik Space Base. The US Space Force is an important strategic project initiated by the US President-Elect and 45th President, Donald Trump.

💢The Biden Administration's US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, James O'Brien, said that the strategic dialogue between Serbia and the United States is a sign of the maturity of their relations and provides an opportunity for long-term cooperation on a number of key issues.

He noted that despite difficult moments in the past, both countries strive to strengthen cooperation and create a solid foundation for jointly addressing emerging issues.

O'Brien also commented on US sanctions against NIS, stressing that they are aimed at stopping financial flows to Russia and are not aimed against Serbia(!).

He expressed confidence that Serbia would not suffer in terms of energy supplies and stressed the need to exclude Russian participation in key Serbian companies.

They had no plans of evacuating to Ukraine, they say, sending regards to children and relatives in Donetsk city.

Kurakhovo was a NATO-fortified Ukrainian stronghold, opening up the way to the next large objective, Pokrovsk.

💢 Kiev attacks Turkish Stream: Russkaya station in Kuban (Russia) attacked

On Saturday, Jan. 11, the AFU attacked the Russkaya compressor station in Gai-Kodzor in Kuban (Russia) with nine drones, the Russian Defence Ministry said. It would appear that most of the UAVs were shot down, with minor damage to the building and equipment.

🔹 The aim of the attack was to cut off gas supplies to European countries, the Russian defence ministry added. The Russkaya station supplies gas via the Turkish Stream gas pipeline. After Russian gas transit through Ukraine was halted, Turkey became almost the only overland route for gas to Europe.

🔹 This is not the first such escapade by the Kiev regime. Putin said this summer that Russia had several times recorded attempts by Ukraine to attack the Turkish and Blue streams.
