Personalised and signed letters work best.
Some key points you could use:
The bill risks exposing Australians’ personal data, such as IDs and biometric information, to breaches and misuse.
Age verification systems could de-anonymise users and create a chilling effect on free speech.
Unelected bureaucrats like the eSafety Commissioner would gain sweeping powers with minimal oversight.
The legislation fails to protect Australians effectively while creating significant risks to privacy.

The Onus Should be on Parents
Consider pointing out that a minimum age for social media could be legislated with the onus being on parents to supervise their children - in the same way parents are required to ensure their children are receiving schooling, ie: with the same sorts of penalties for derelict parents.
It should be the responsibility of parents to properly supervise their children's access to devices, including by using parental controls on any devices considered necessary.
3) Contact your state Senators, and local Coalition MP.

➡️Let them know you will preference against them, AND CAMPAIGN AGAINST THEM, if they support this bill. They will be replaced with candidates who support freedom of speech.
3) Call out the Coalition on Social Media.
