Check this out, mates! Thought I’d challenge myself to smash out 25 push-ups for Aussie Month 2025. First crack, I got 20. Second go, nailed 25. Now I’m hitting 35 like a legend!
When I started, my shoulder was proper munted after a couple of weeks off at Chrissy. But a few little push-up sessions later, it’s feeling heaps better.
Reckon I’ll be rocking 50 push-ups soon, no worries. Just gonna keep pushing myself and see how far I can take it. Here’s to strong shoulders and Aussie Month! Cheers to giving it a go! 🫡🇦🇺🫡🇦🇺🫡🇦🇺
