🗣While DEI initiatives have largely served as a band-aid solution to the deep wounds of institutional racism foundational to the US, Trump's attacks on DEI and affirmative action policies have signaled an all-out war on the Black working class.

This is a long term fight in the spirit of those who have fought before us, full of both victories and setbacks. But now more than ever, we must see our task as understanding the billionaire agenda at play set on overturning our rights for what it is, unite, and fight for a whole new system.
