We're glad to see people are hyped about the Goodies collaboration, some holders figured this was happening already. The collaboration has been in the works for months now, with us figuring out the logistics and how to pull it off correctly. This will be Goodies (Teddie) first ever direct collaboration pack with a brand.
We see Goodies as the leading marketplace in the TON ecosystem, similar to how OpenSea is for the ETH ecosystem, and therefore a direct collaboration and drop makes total sense. We've had many options and offers to collaborate with other brands (Web2 and Web3) but strategically this made sense to do as an expansion, and to directly associate with the future of the brand.
When brands launch new sticker packs it is often unclear about their intentions so I'm going to lay out the plans and focus:
To make it clear, our number 1 priority is the Sappy OG sticker pack in terms of where value will accrue, which is why we are choosing to burn some of the supply of the original collection with a portion of the funds generated. That is to ensure that when (or if) we do sell assets in the TON ecosystem, the original holders benefit.
For the remainder of the funds, it will go to our developers to integrate our upcoming Sappy: Brainrot-Cure Pet app directly into Telegram which is now a work in progress. Despite the app being an iPhone app, we've already begun some porting of it over to Telegram despite how difficult and incompatible it is with our current framework. This will of course bring a higher quality mini-app to the Telegram ecosystem which is very important. I will share updates here shortly.
Some people are asking about criteria for the WL, I won't have the exact details to share here and the amount of WLs, but what I will say is that it will be structured to benefit all of those who are contributors to the ecosystem; which means top whales, those who are most active and contributing in our sticker chat channels, and those who have previously burned stickers.
