Foot bath!

Take a small bowl (of such size that only your feet can fit in it), pour 1.5 liters of water, so that it was hot, but not very hot. Add 4 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide to the water. Put your feet in the water and sit.

After a few minutes, you will have the impression that you have been steaming your feet for at least half an hour. If the soles of your feet are very dirty, sit longer. Βyou will feel the effect yourself when you rub your foot against your foot, as they “squeak” from the cleanliness. Here I also immediately rub the soles and heels with a special rub or pumice stone.

I rub a mixture of glycerin and vinegar (I bought a bottle of glycerin at the drugstore and added a bottle of ordinary table vinegar to the full). And in general, I do it every day. And baths with peroxide - once a week.
