⚫️ Target Population:
▪️Recommended: Gay, bisexual men (MSM), and transgender women (TGW) with a bacterial STI diagnosis (syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhoea) in the past 12 months.
▪️Optional: MSM/TGW without recent STI but engaging in high-risk sexual activities (shared decision-making).
▪️Not Recommended: Cisgender women, cisgender heterosexual men, or transgender men due to limited evidence.
⚫️ Dosage and Administration:
• Dose: 200 mg doxycycline (any formulation) self-administered within 72 hours post-sex (max 200 mg/day).
