I’ve been using a little trick to calm anxiety. Slow down every activity you are doing. If you are typing an email, start typing really slowly, if you are washing your face, do it really slowly.
Our brain gets the signal that everything is fine and there’s no woolly mammoth running after us and you’ll see that you’ll calm down and your heart rate will slow down.
