Everyone has problems...
"Problems, problems
To think you are the only one to have problems is egotistical.
Trust me, some people have it way worse, and that might even be people close to you...
Our lives are not as bad as they seem. Having a roof over your head already makes it better than 1.6 billion people.
I am not necessarily saying you have to think about kids in Africa every time you feel shit, on the other hand, being aware of that is crucial.
We are not special
Let’s face another painful truth. You and I, and most people around us, are not special.
We are not going to be the next Steve Jobs or Elon Musk, we stand right in the middle."
You must accept that you are not a main character in this life.
"The new age culture is making everybody feel special.
Everybody is a winner! You are enough! Be yourself!
We should be okay with being average.
Hunting success is good, but can lead to feelings of inferiority, toxic comparison, neglecting other things in life, or hyper-focusing on the goal and not being present.
I always said: if I achieve this, I'll be happy.
First of all, I forgot that I said this after a week.
And I allowed myself to be enough, only when I completed something.
I was acting like happiness is a kind of prize you win.
Feelings are overrated
In these years, the encouragement to express your feelings, value emotions, and seek help is everywhere.
Some post themselves crying and screaming on video. Apart from victim playing and recognition seeking, why put so much energy into listening to often unrealistic perceptions of our brains?
That time could be used to practice working with them, rather than giving in to them.
I’m not saying you should feel happy 24/7, that's probably a psycho thing.
Just try to be aware of your reactions, thoughts, and feelings.
No emotions are bad or good. it is your brain's way of trying to tell you something.
Stop focusing on what, pay attention to why."

Don't forget that emotions are just signs/responses, which inform you about your inner/external condition. 2/3
