As I’ve said all along—the DC judges are the real villains in J6 prosecutions. Bannon wants to make them famous.

We start today with Judge Amit Mehta, who has presided over some of the most consequential J6 cases including civil suit against President Trump

DoJ slams Hunter Biden's bid to dismiss his indictment after pardon
Special Prosecutor David Weiss says Hunter Biden's tax crimes cannot be dismissed - despite his father's presidential pardon.

"NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW"? What other father in America has the ability to forgive their child of felony convictions they brought on themselves?

Is the Light Dawning?

Is the Light Dawning?

"You have followed the cabinet picks. You have followed the changed tune of the media. The voices of oppression that were riding high only recently seem to be scampering away, acting like they never did anything wrong.

"There is every reason to feel hope these days but let us be cautious and wary. Goliath is massive and clever, and it will require far more than a dedicated few to make a difference. The industry that gave us lockdowns and forced injections is larger than any constructed in human history.

"Think of it: a power so entrenched that it locked billions in their homes! That is what we are up against. It has no intention of evaporating on its own."

Unpacking the Woke and DEI Themes in the New *Wicked* Movie:

The cast themselves explain it is a film celebrating DEI and wokeness targeting children

The film adaptation of *Wicked* is not just a retelling of a beloved story; it's an explicit statement on diversity, identity, and social justice, as articulated by its cast themselves. Here's how the film dives into themes often associated with the term "woke":

1. Racial Identity and Representation:
- With Cynthia Erivo stepping into the role of Elphaba, the film proudly showcases Black representation in a lead role traditionally portrayed by white actors. Erivo has stated that her interpretation of Elphaba is deeply personal, infusing the character with her own experiences as a Black, queer woman.

2. Queer Themes and Representation:
- The film embraces its queer theme more explicitly than ever. Both Erivo and other cast members like Jonathan Bailey (Fiyero) and Bowen Yang (Pfannee) bring their own identities into their performances, making *Wicked* a film that celebrates queer narratives. The actors have openly discussed the film's queerness, highlighting how the story of Elphaba and Glinda can resonate with the LGBTQ+ community, particularly through themes of otherness and ‘love beyond societal norms’

3. Intersectionality:
- *Wicked* in its new form examines the intersection of various identities—race, gender, sexuality, and disability. Marissa Bode's casting as Nessarose, who uses a wheelchair, adds another layer to this intersectional narrative. The film doesn't shy away from showing how these identities can compound the challenges characters face, reflecting real-world complexities.

4. Social Outcasting and Discrimination:
- The narrative of being ostracized for being different is central to Elphaba's story. By casting a Black actress in this role, the film amplifies the theme of racial discrimination, making a direct connection to contemporary discussions about systemic racism and colorism.

5. Challenging Binary Morality:
- The movie, like its source material, deconstructs the black-and-white morality of its predecessor, *The Wizard of Oz*. It asks viewers to question who decides what's "wicked" and why, a theme that parallels current debates on morality, justice, and the labeling of marginalized groups.

6. The Power of Allyship:
- Glinda's journey from a popular, privileged student to someone who uses her status to support Elphaba touches on themes of allyship. Ariana Grande, playing Glinda, has spoken about how this character's arc mirrors the importance of using one's privilege for advocacy, a core principle in many social justice movements.

7. Inclusivity in the Cast and Crew:
- Beyond the leads, the film boasts a diverse ensemble, reflecting a world where various marginalized identities are not just present but integral to the story. This commitment to diversity in casting and storytelling has been highlighted by the actors as a conscious decision to make the film a true reflection of today's world.

8. Empowerment and Defiance:
- The iconic song "Defying Gravity" has always been an anthem of empowerment, but in this context, it gains additional layers of meaning as a declaration of self-acceptance against societal pressures to conform, particularly resonant with queer and racial identity struggles.

By explicitly embracing these Woke and DEI themes, the cast of the new *Wicked* movie has positioned the film as an anthem championing them for children

They've turned what could have been a straightforward adaptation into a sexual and racial exploration of wokeness and DEI against societal norms

The majority of the advertising for Wicked targets children

America’s trust in the FBI and DOJ is at historic lows. This is from a Sept Gallup poll that shows 55% rate FBI as fair/poor and 69% rate DOJ fair/poor:

As much as possible over the next few weeks, I will highlight how the DC courts continue to advance J6 court proceedings despite Pres Trump's plans to pardon J6ers and likely shut down the Capitol "Siege" section of the DOJ.

Tomorrow, DC judges will preside over FOUR J6 trials.

This is what Judge Amit Mehta (Obama) said in an order denying a motion to continue the trial of a man charged with civil disorder and 3 misdemeanors.

Since when does a judge consider a nonexistent "strong public interest" in continuing a trial?

I still cannot believe this passage by Andrew McCarthy is real.

Trump was over cooperating in the concocted documents investigation including allowing Jay Bratt and 3 FBI agents into Mar-a-Lago in June 2022 to search for more "classified" materials.

There was heated debate between FBI officials at the field level and top DOJ officials as to the necessity for an armed raid; Steven D'Antuono told Congress last year he opposed the raid because Trump and his lawyers were cooperating.

Also--THE FLA CASE DID NOT FAIL OVER THE IMMUNITY RULING. Judge Cannon dismissed the indictment in July by concluding--as did at least 2 former AGs and Justice Clarence Thomas--that Jack Smith's appointment violated the Appointments Clause of the Constitution.

Why did McCarthy omit this?

And since neither federal case went to trial--how in the hell could the defense produce "exculpatory" evidence to exonerate the president? McCarthy also does not address the prosecutorial/investigative misconduct exposed in the documents case including tampering with evidence, perhaps destruction of evidence, misleading the court, and abusing the grand jury process by conducting the entire documents case in Trump-hating DC then switching to Florida at the last minute to get an indictment in the proper jurisdiction.

Apparently according to McCarthy it is "absurd" for a defendant to claim his innocence. Just wow

🚨🚨Yuma County Adding Votes🚨🚨

Outstanding votes almost DOUBLED from 11/7 to 11/8

How does Yuma go from 9,861 votes left to 18,011? And how is it Saturday night after the Election and we still don’t have the “results”?

Because they’re stealing it from Kari Lake!

Pima and Yuma caught adding 22,816 votes AFTER the election

Did they milk all they could from Maricopa?

If the vote totals are changing, you are cheating. Stop election fraud now!

NIH Tapes, Vol. 1

“I PROBABLY SHOULDN’T BE SAYING THIS OUT LOUD;” @NIH Chief Confesses COVID Health Initiatives Were "COMPLETELY MADE UP”

"I don’t even know if these vaccines stop you from getting COVID. They don’t.” Adds, "We're all going to learn [about vaccine safety] when it's too late," as Pfizer & Moderna "are just getting a bunch of money… Vaccines were accelerated through the approval.”

‘We fly under the radar of being scrutinized…I don't think I have too much to worry about.’
Trump victory “worse for the NIH.”

‘The DoD IG knowingly concealed the extent of the delay in constructing a narrative that is favorable to DoD and Pentagon leadership,’ the letter says.

Federal
bureaucrats within the Department of Defense (DoD) delayed the deployment of the National Guard on Jan. 6, 2021 and covered it up, according to a House Republican investigation of government conduct related to the Capitol riot.

On Thursday, Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., who is leading a review of the work completed by the partisan Jan. 6 probe run by then-Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming, sent a letter to the inspector general for the Department of Defense demanding a correction to an agency report published in November 2021.

“This report was the final product of the DoD IG’s review into the events of January 6, and reviewed how the DoD responded to requests for support as the events unfolded,” Loudermilk, the chairman of the Subcommittee on Oversight for the House Administration Committee, wrote. “Throughout the Subcommittee’s extensive investigation into the failures of January 6, 2021, we have discovered numerous flaws and inaccuracies in the report that your office has yet to appropriately address.”
