In October of 2021, the FBI mobilized to
suppress parents who opposed Critical Race Theory. Parents reacted by moving their children into trusted homeschooling communities.
During August of 2022, public schools in the states of Washington, Illinois, and Pennsylvania used various means to
promote gender ideology and attempted to hide this from parents.
Throughout the same month, public schools in Minnesota adopted a race-based layoff provision
targeting whites that violated the Constitution and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act (Wygant v. Jackson Board of Education, Richmond v. J.A. Croson Co., Shaw v. Hunt, Vitolo v. Guzman, Middleton v. City of Flint, Hammon v. Barry, Woods v. Graphic Communications, Adickes v. S.H. Kress & Co. And Gratz v. Bollinger.
